Learn About Our Prohibited Items

• Mattresses and textiles (including clothes, shoes, linens, and curtains) are completely prohibited. Kindly click the link to see Massachusetts Mattress and Textile Recycling Guide.
• Kindly note: ‘Waste Bans’ are restrictions on the disposal and transfer for disposal of certain hazardous and recyclable items at solid waste facilities in Massachusetts. The bans are located in the state’s solid waste facility management regulations, 310 CMR 19.017.
• No hazardous materials may be placed in the container, including motor oil, car batteries, asbestos, or any other combustible material. Liquid paints should have their lids opened and must be dried out. Any items that are deemed hazardous waste or difficult to manage by our dumping facilities will be charged back to the customer at a reasonable rate. 
• Cardboard is limited to 10% of a load and should be recycled. If you're doing a kitchen or bathroom renovation, the cardboard packaging must be recycled.
• No mixed loads. You may not mix lawn waste, stumps, brick, or stone with your construction debris or cleanout. These items have to be disposed of separately. If you need a dumpster for clean stumps only for brick and stone, please contact us for pricing.

• The customer agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Bennett Trucking against all claims, lawsuits, and any other liability for injury to persons or damage to property arising out of the possession or use of the equipment by the customer, his agents, officers, clients, or customers.
• Charges over 30 days from the date of invoice will be charged a finance/late charge of 1.5% a month (18% per annum). Customers shall be liable for all Bennett Trucking’s attorney fees and costs of collection if the customer fails to make any payment or breaches any provision or any of the terms of this contract. There will be a $25.00 fee every time a check is returned.
• If the initial payment was made by credit card, all additional charges will be directly charged to the credit card when the service is performed. All customers that paid by cash or check agree that any additional charges over 20 days past due will automatically be charged to the credit card that was given for deposit.
• All equipment furnished by Bennett Trucking for use by the customer, which the customer has not purchased, shall remain the property of Bennett Trucking, and the customer shall have no right, title of interest in it unless specified in a separate contract.
• Bennett Trucking must have clear access to containers waiting to be dumped. The customer is responsible for fees for time lost due to customer error (examples include but are not limited to undeliverable containers, overfilled containers, blocked containers, overweight, or any other reason container is unserviceable, etc.). Minimum charge of $150.00 for Bennett Trucking to return.
